Partnership Opportunities
Bronze Package – $999 per year
- 60 Minute Introduction Phone Call with the Animal Welfare Fundraising Team;
- Comprehensive 12 month Development Plan and calendar of activities which outlines action steps, due dates, and progress indicators;
- Suggested Direct Mail language which is easily customizable to your organization;
- Suggested E-mail Solicitation language to supplement your direct mail piece which is easily customizable to your organization;
- Social Media language for Facebook posts to drive philanthropy to your organization;
- A marketing and communications strategy for Giving Tuesday (or another Giving Day);
- A marketing and communications strategy to increase donations at the end of the calendar year.
Silver Package – $1,999 per year
All items provided in the Bronze Package, plus:
- Two (2) one hour phone call interviews with up to five members of your organization for the purposes of crafting their stories into marketing, communications and fundraising activities;
- Two (2) individually crafted direct-mail appeal letters;
- Two (2) E-mail solicitations to supplement each appeal letter;
- Three (3) Social Media posts to supplement each appeal letter;
- Four (4) Quarterly Electronic Newsletters;
- Event Sponsorship language and solicitation strategy
- Three (3) acknowledgment letter templates for our use, tailored towards your organization’s accomplishments, impact and outcomes.
Gold Package – $2,999 per year
All the items in the Silver package, plus:
- Assistance with major donor identification and cultivation efforts;
- Comprehensive Public Relations Strategy including quarterly press releases, bi-monthly strategy calls.
